Job Responsibilities:
Co-administer network hardware (Meraki routers, switches, WiFi access points)
Co-administer Google Apps
Co-administer Digium Switchvox phone system
Assist with general Help Desk-style support for end-users
Create/update/close tickets in FogBugz
Provision laptops for new employees
Assist with streaming/recording meetings with video conferencing platform (FuzeBox)
Collaborate with outside vendors and consultancies as needed
Routinely monitor logs from various devices and services
On-call 24x7 duty to be shared with others in IT

Job Qualifications:
Network hardware skill with switches and routers (understanding of TCP/IP, routing, subnetting)
Thorough knowledge of Mac OS X
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A roll up your sleeves, self-starter personality
Delivers on time and gets things done

Bonus Points:
A strong penchant for security
Experience with basic programming/scripting for task automation
LDAP, RADIUS or Active Directory, Windows 2008 server experience
Audio/video expertise (wiring and configuring AV receivers, mixing boards, amps)
Adept at Street Fighter 2
