The
Maintenance Manager will provide ongoing support to plant
injection/blow molding operations to ensure quality and delivery
performance for the plant. Direct hourly personnel in their daily
activities. Maintain spare parts inventory. Order necessary supplies.
Complete installation of new equipment per standards with focus on
performance and safety. Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance
work throughout the plant. Provide trouble shooting and root cause
analysis with plans to address any issues. Drive knowledge of
expectations and require good housekeeping for all employees and
contractors.
