Boasso America Corporation, a premier intermodal service company providing transportation and tank container services, is seeking an experienced Regional Safety Supervisor SC to support operations at our East Coast locations, this position will be based out of our Charleston, SC area terminal.

Job Description for Regional Safety Supervisor SC
This position’s primary responsibility is to oversee, support and promote safe transportation practices and terminal efficiencies for our East Coast locations. The Regional Safety Supervisor will also qualify and train new driver candidates, investigate accidents, and coordinate responses. This position will improve upon current practices, recommend, create and implement new safety training programs and advise management on compliance issues, potential hazards, and the cost effectiveness of programs. Regional travel is required.
Qualified candidates will have four or more years of professional safety experience in the transportation industry, knowledge of DOT regulations, be familiar with OSHA regulations, and have hazardous materials safety experience. Preferred candidates will have an Associate’s degree or higher in a related field, knowledge of FMCSA standards, HS&E training or education, and professional certifications. Must be computer literate, possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to multi-task.

Other required skills: must be able to perform Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective action. Must know and understand DOT’s Comprehensive Safety Analysis system.

True North Logistics (TNL) has several immediate opportunities for Information Technology Field Service Techs in support of a government client. Successful candidates will provide timely and efficient general IT technical services.  These services will include desk side support to computer HW, SW, and other electronic or mechanical devices including clients, servers, and legacy systems. Technicians will also provide resolution of incidents that could not be resolved remotely and are transferred from the Service Desk to the site for resolution.

Education For Information Technology Field Service Techs: 
High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Experience For Information Technology Field Service Techs: 
-Two to four (2-4) years of related experience in information systems.
-Experience in SAN/Back-Up/Recovery technologies and operations in a fast paced,
Enterprise IT support environment are a plus.

Certifications Required For Information Technology Field Service Techs: 
A+ and OS Certification.  OS certification can be obtained within 90 days.  The OS
requirement is completion of Microsoft 70-685 – “Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician”.
