Progressive, employee-friendly Onsite OHS is seeking full time, qualified RNs with an occupational health background to provide medical services to designated beneficiaries.

For this position, all candidates must either live somewhere in Minnesota or be willing to relocate.
A relocation package will be available if needed. Also they MUST have occupational health experience.

Job Duties:
Perform a full range of RN services on site, using furnished facilities, equipment and supplies to a variety of patients. All aspects of RN services shall be commensurate with the capabilities of the provider and the Medical Department including but not limited to the items listed below.
•Will provide occupational services, including caring of and assisting in preventing occupational injuries in the  Onsite OHS Health and Wellness Center at a manufacturing plant in Benson, MN
•Work closely with administrative and other medical professionals to provide first class patient care and maintain patient safety, care, confidentiality and appropriate follow-up treatment including return to work programs
•Treat all patients presented for care
•Provide services to patients who are identified as having a medical/surgical or mental health issue
•Interview patient, review medical records and coordinate requested consultations and medical follow up as prescribed by providers
•Ensure that patients receive access to medical appointments within 72 hours of request
•Follow up with patient once appointments are completed
•Abide by all facility rules, regulations, and policies
•Prepare and submit appropriate documentation of all services provided as specified in applicable regulations
•Meet all Joint Commission standards
•Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•Diploma from an Accredited Registered Nurse Program
•A current unrestricted license in Minnesota
•Current BLS by the AHA, ARC, ASHI or ACEP Certification
•Current ACLS certification by the AHA, ARC, ASHI, or ACEP
•Occupational Health experience strongly preferred
•Physically capable of performing all RN services with reasonable accommodation
•Relocation Package available
