Technology Integration Manager/Instructor Training  - Oconus

Responsibilities 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Instructor shall have basic soldiering knowledge and meets the following current and valid professional qualifications and certifications in his/hers area of expertise prior to performance under this contract.
Surveillance Skills.

Contract instructors shall be skilled as subject matter experts in surveillance. They shall also be skilled in technical surveillance, close target reconnaissance, offensive/defensive driving, patrolling, map reading, land navigation, air land and water infiltration/ex-filtration, communications planning, biometrics, computer forensics, covert methods of entry, and report writing. Each instructor shall have real world experience and operational currency as a surveillance operator and be a graduate of an advanced surveillance course.

Close Target Reconnaissance Skills.
Contract instructors shall be skilled as subject matter experts in Close Target Reconnaissance. They shall also be skilled in personal surveillance, technical surveillance, offensive/defensive driving, patrolling, map reading, land navigation, air land and water infiltration/ex-filtration, communications planning, biometrics, computer forensics, covert methods of entry, and report writing. Each instructor shall have real world experience and operational currency in Close Target Reconnaissance operations and be a graduate of an advanced Close Target Reconnaissance course.

Technical Surveillance Skills.
Contract instructors shall be skilled as subject matter experts in technical surveillance and personal surveillance. They shall also be skilled in personal surveillance, close target reconnaissance, offensive/defensive driving, patrolling, map reading, land navigation, air land and water infiltration/ex-filtration, communications planning, biometrics, computer forensics, covert methods of entry, and report writing. Each instructor shall have real world experience and operational currency as both a surveillance operator and technical surveillance operator.

Training Skills.
They shall be able to review and comment on lesson plans, write personal lesson outlines in support of existing Programs of Instruction (POI) and lesson plans, and create training materials (handouts, PowerPoint Slides, outlines, study sheets, etc.) in support of lesson plans, outlines and practical exercises. They shall also be able to perform all instructor tasks in accordance with SAT Implementation. All unqualified contract instructors shall receive a comprehensive evaluation on their platform teaching abilities, and receive extensive training on practical exercise grading criteria standards to help ensure all students are kept to the standards that are set forth by the POI.

Contract instructors shall write English well enough to provide written evaluations and feedback, and to successfully provide written After Action Reviews (AAR), lesson outlines, graded materials, and course material.

Contract instructors shall have a minimum of six years of Special Operations experience or had been a USG appointed subject matter expert in his/her area of instruction.

Contract instructors shall be able to walk up to six-mile cross-country over varying terrain carrying varying equipment in a rural environment. The contractor shall be responsible for the physical fitness of employees to meet these requirements.

Qualifications:
• Active Security Clearance (Top secret)
• Familiar with HUMINT operations
• Former Instructor US Military
• Familiar with Special Operations Procedures
• Self reliant and able to work independently or as a part of a multi-cultural team
• Computer literate
• Physically fit and in good health
Prior service experience US Military

Additional Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Experience working in remote locations and challenging environments
• Must be willing to accept requisite responsibilities for working with or around dangerous environments in a training or in an operational medium
• Must be willing to deploy for extended periods
• May be subject to undergo US Government background investigation.
