CUDD Energy Services – Leadership Training Coordinator

Leadership Training Coordinator  - Houston, TX

Will be responsible for teaching leaders at all levels of the company fundamental and advanced leadership principles.  Will be an instrument of change, changing the corporate culture concerning their basic understanding of what it means to be a leader.
Oversee the development and administration of the corporate Leadership Training Program.
Leadership Trainer, Mentor & Facilitator.
Develop new leadership schools, training materials, and training techniques.
Up to 50% out of town travel.

Job Requirements:
Should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, equivalent combination's of education and experience will be considered.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience developing and delivering leadership training, prefer 5 years or more.
Military experience would also be considered a plus.
Ideally an E-7 and above or O-4 and above.
Experience teaching in a military leadership training program would also be considered a plus.
Unit or Command level experience would also be considered a plus.
