We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager at AdRoll, you’ll have the opportunity to work with every member of our dynamic team. With a range of responsibilities at your feet, you’ll need to be a great all-rounder and an expert multi-tasker. You will be responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This is a fun role, bursting with variety.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
Oversee visitor management: follow procedures and policies for visitors
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of various facilities
Act as the primary liaison with service providers (handyman, janitors, etc.)
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other shipments
Answer/route incoming phone calls
Field employee requests/inquiries regarding facilities
Assist with booking travel

Job Qualifications:

Experience with basic programming/scripting for task automation
LDAP, RADIUS or Active Directory, Windows 2008 server experience
Audio/video expertise (wiring and configuring AV receivers, mixing boards, amps)
Adept at Street Fighter 2
