We are currently looking for a Front End Product Manager to join our team. Are you interested in helping us build the most intuitive platform in online advertising? As a product manager at AdRoll, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our platform. You’ll be expected to work across our functional teams, focus on customer discovery, and iterate towards truly great solutions.
While you’ll be focusing on a couple of key areas of our offering, you’ll be expected to do so within the broader scope of our product vision. Great ideas can come from anywhere, and we hope that you’ll contribute yours to our innovative culture.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead opportunity assessment for the front end of AdRoll.com, which includes our analytics dashboard & campaign creation flows
Work with customers, UX, Engineering, and other PMs to evaluate and prioritize items for the backlog
Conduct user research to ensure that our engineering resources are dedicated to solving the right problems with the best solutions
Work across functional areas to align your vision with that of the company at large
Help triage issues, prioritize bugs, and generally remove blockers for the team
Be an expert on our customers and committed to their success

Job Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in Product Management on a customer facing product
A track record of collaborating with UX & Engineering to create truly great solutions
An in depth understanding of lean startup methodologies
A B.S. in computer science or a related field
Must love working across teams and departments
Must love talking to customers
Strong problem solving skills
Hands-on, persistent, self-motivated and collaborative
Passion for online technology and a startup environment
Unquestioned ethics
Ruthless attention to detail
Experience with basic programming/scripting for task automation
LDAP, RADIUS or Active Directory, Windows 2008 server experience
Audio/video expertise (wiring and configuring AV receivers, mixing boards, amps)
Adept at Street Fighter 2
