Site Supervisor - RONCO Consulting (OCONUS)

The candidate for this position will be performing an essential role on a very selective team working to provide security solutions and expertise to our Customer. This role will affect a wide scope of mission critical programs across several agencies.

Based on role and level of experience, the Site Supervisor will perform some or all of the following functions:
• Identify training and documentation requirements.
• Training and Evaluation of security force on weapons safety.
• Prepare schedules and execution of the security force shifts.
• Assign individual assignments based on operational requirements.


Must Have:
• Active NATO Clearance.
• Minimum of 25 years of age; male or female candidate.
• Must be fluent in conversational English at a level necessary to give and receive situational reports; shall have the ability to read and write in English; may need to interface directly with US government personnel
• Minimum of one (1) years of experience managing/supervising security guard operations.
• Qualified on U.S. Military weapons e.g., M9 B aeretta, M16 series rifle or M4,
• Able to perform internal security services, at any potential internal security posting for up to twelve (12) hours, often in austere conditions, while able to donning personal protective gear.

Experience with some or all of the following is highly desired:
• Working with Foreign Nationals.
• In Theatre experience (Middle East).
• Familiarization with firearms safety.
