Site Manager - RONCO Consulting (OCONUS)

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: Based on role and level of experience, the Site Manager will perform some or all of the following functions: • Identify training and documentation requirements. • Training and Evaluation of security force on weapons safety. • Prepare schedules and execution of the security force responsibilities. • Interface with COR as the direct representative of the contractor. • Evaluate and instruct the security force. • Assign individual assignments based on operational requirements. • Oversee the preparation and training of the security force.

Qualifications:

Must Have: • Active Secret Clearance. • Prior Military or Police background with 10 years of experience. • Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing/supervising guard operations. • Qualified on U.S. Military weapons e.g., M9 Baretta, M16 series rifle or M4, Experience with some or all of the following is highly desired: • Working with Foreign Nationals. • In Theatre experience (Middle East). • Familiarization with firearms safety.
