Engineering Graphics Operators For OH, PA Locations
Basic Function
Responsible for creating final construction drawings from the OSP Engineers field notes, relaying incoming telephone calls, and performing various clerical duties.
Responsibilities
1. Creation of finalized construction drawings using computer aided drafting programs.
2. Discuss and review projects and final drafted prints and associated documents with customers.
(Engineers, ECSM Management, and External Customers)
3. Maintain a current knowledge of CAD programs used.
4. Knowledge of standard telephone symbology required on OSP construction drawings.
5. Identify required cable assignment records and request as needed. (Mirror & CLAS)
6. Answers and relays incoming telephone calls.
7. Operates various office equipment to include:
a. Multi-line telephone systems
b. Calculator/adding machine
c. Printer/Photocopy/Facsimile/Scanner
8. Basic filing duties as required.
9. Prepares invoices.
10. Maintain time sheet database.
11. Understand and use various accounting reports.
12. Input data to customer computer programs.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.
