Saturday, April 21st, Marine Forces Reserve is conducting a mandatory muster for 1,200 recently discharged, active-duty Marines that now fall under the IRR (Individual Ready Reserve). The muster will take place at the VA Medical Center, located 3801 Miranda Avenue in Palo Alto, CA and will begin at 8:00am and should finish by 4:00pm.
