Building Systems Technician Training

ELIGIBILITY:

Participants must be at least 19 years old and have the right to work in the United States.
Must be a veteran.

COST:
There is no cost for candidates who meet eligibility requirements.

COURSE INFORMATION
This is an entry-level facilities maintenance course.

Topics include:
Introduction to ‘Built Environment’
Introduction to Automated Systems Automated Heating and Cooling
Introduction to Commercial Air Handling & Electric Controls/DDS Controls, Hydronic Components Introduction to Energy Auditing
Introduction to Residential Solar Voltaic Systems, Managing Facilities and People, Ten-Hour OSHA Safety Card & EPA Section 608, Refrigerant Safe Handling Certificate Preparation Training participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for the course, an OSHA 10 card and an EPA Section 608 Certificate.
