Program Manager 
Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance required.

DUTIES &; RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as project manager for a large, complex force development task order (TO).
Works with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Ordering Offices representatives, and the individual Task Leaders (TLs) to ensure all TO-deliverables are met on schedule and within costs.
Organizes directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract activities.
Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
Provides daily supervision to contractor staff as part of project management functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Required
B.A. or B.S. from an accredited institution in a technical, scientific, business or related field.
Minimum of 20 years experience in force development-related military duties or providing professional force development related management/engineering services, 12 of which must be direct Headquarters, Department of Army Staff experience.
At least 8 years experience in the supervision of analysts.
Capable of credentialing to use DA Secret Internet Protocol Router Network/Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR/NIPR)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, to include Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
