IMMEDIATE FILL FOR WORK STARTING 1 JAN 2012:  - RESUME SUBMISSION DEADLINE BY NOON 12/15

V1 Analytical Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small business that is looking for a CAS (Close Air Support) SME to work in Washington, D.C. at HQ Air Force.  The job will pay between $120-$130k/yr + full benefits with follow on work in the same job for up to 1 ½ years (pending  contract renewal).  Current period of performance will be 1 Jan 2012 – 31 Dec 2012.  This is a contingency hire based on a contract win. 

** Top Secret Clearance Required  
Required Skills/Experience Includes:
A-10 Thunderbolt PIC experience (min 1 tour)
CAS Subject Matter Expertise
Senior or Command Pilot Aeronautical Rating
JPME 1 or ACSC graduate

Preferred, but now required experience to include:
Real World Afghanistan or Iraq CAS experience
A-10 Fighter Weapons School graduate
1 tour as Air Liaison Officer of ASOC Officer-in-Charge
1 tour in CAOC or OLW Headquarters equivalent
This is a perfect job for a retired A-10 Major or LtCol who still wants to keep his hand in the CAS business and work for a great small business.

Job Responsibilities will include,  but are not limited to supporting the following functional areas:
Close Air Support (CAS)
Support activities include:
analyses of Air Force modernization efforts, training, modeling and simulation
 air campaign planning
 test and evaluation
planning, programming and budgeting
development of operational concepts for C2 employment
weapon systems program management
general headquarters staff functions
Specific activities will also include:
 assistance to AF/A3/5 and AF/A3O-AC for the purpose of determining C2 requirements across Air Force programs
 developing and tracking milestones and objectives for Air Force C2 activities
