KEY REQUIREMENTS:
•You must possess U.S. Citizenship or be a U.S. National.
•You must complete a favorable Background Investigation (BI).
•You may be required to complete a one year Supervisory Probation Period.    
DUTIES:
As a Administrator Officer for TSA, you will:
• Manage, lead, and evaluate a comprehensive administrative support program that includes financial management, human resources and procurement.
 • Draft and review all policy correspondence to assure accurate budgetary, personnel, and administrative impact.
 • Participate in the development of both short and long-term strategic planning for the organization.
 • Supervise a staff of administrative, clerical, and technical personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To qualify for the SV-J Pay Band (equivalent to the GS-14), you must have one year of specialized experience at the SV-I or GS-13 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience includes managing administrative support programs and personnel which included financial management, human resources, and procurement.

Note: Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio, i.e., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience. No additional credit is given for overtime.
