Project Manager
Location – CONUS & OCONUS

Competencies
The required competencies of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to create, to maintain, and prepare records and reports
Able to perform tasks with minimal oversight
Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills

Qualifications and Experience
The Project Manager should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or relevant military or law enforcement experience
International experience preferred in logistics, operations, and training management
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an off  leash explosive detector dog Handler/Trainer
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as an Instructor Supervisor
Intermediate user level of computer systems; Microsoft office software (word, power point, excel, projects, outlook) and database systems; and
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Other Requirements
The Project Manager, in addition to the above listed requirements, shall:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak the English language
Must be able to prepare detailed comprehensive reports
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
