and performed by Steve Scott Country, “Have You Ever Known A Soldier”
is a fantastic tribute to the brave men and women who have served, and
continue to serve our country. Said to have been inspired by his two
brothers and their experiences in Vietnam, as well as his wife’s
involvement with the Army Starrs Project, the enduring message of the
song is that returning soldiers need to know that their sacrifice means
something. Saying, “Thank you,” still can go a long, long way.
