ALL POINTS BULLETIN FOR PEARL HARBOR SURVIVORS

On December 7th 2014 Honor Flight Houston will fly our treasured Pearl Harbor survivors to Washington D.C. for an unforgettable ceremony at the WWII Memorial.

Houston, TX − Honor Flight Houston (HFH) invites all Houston area Pearl Harbor survivors to depart with us from Hobby Airport (Hou) on December 6th to attend the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Ceremony in Washington D.C. at 1:53pm on December 7TH at the WWII Memorial.  All veteran costs and travel arrangements will be taken care of by Honor Flight Houston.

Honor Flight Houston is dedicated to providing travel free of charge to WWII Veterans so that they may see the monument constructed in their honor.  We are asking all media and the community to help us find the few remaining Pearl Harbor survivors in Houston and the surrounding area.  For additional information about this historic flight, or to schedule an interview with one of our WWII veterans, contact us at: Honor Flight Houston or 817.690.6300.

We also request your help for our upcoming October Honor Flight.  We will be departing Hobby Airport on Oct. 4th and returning Oct. 5th.  Honor Flight Houston will have the privilege of taking 24 WWII Veterans on another memorable trip.  We ask that you help us recruit the public for an unrivaled Welcome Home Ceremony at Hobby Airport on Oct. 5th.  Greeters are encouraged to arrive between 6:45pm and 7pm around the Jet Blue Gate (2nd Floor).  We ask you to help us show these heroes the same American spirit that once inspired them to risk all they had.
