MARINE EXECUTIVE ASSOCIATION MEETING - WEST

Join us for the October 17th meeting of the Marine Executive Association – West.
The meeting will be conducted at the Camp Pendleton South Mesa Club (now the Pacific Events Club) in the Iron Mike Room. No need to RSVP.
Just show up. Meet at the bar at 1730, guest speaker at 1800 followed by introductions of attendees. Adjourn no later than 2030.

Our October speaker is Beth Freeman. Most of you will know Beth from recent meetings.
In May of 2012, Beth Freeman created a consulting business that assists clients with becoming business owners through the franchise model. Her company, Freeman Franchise Investment Services, evaluates each client’s financial status, business experience, personal goals and future financial goals in order to match them with the ideal franchise ownership option. For Beth, her business meets both of her
objectives: to be her own boss and to assist others in obtaining the dream of business ownership.
In 2005, while living in Okinawa, Japan with her Marine Corps husband and their children, Beth served on the Kubasaki High School Football Booster Board, where she was voted as the treasurer. Subsequently, that connection led to Beth being asked to interview for the initial position of Family Readiness Officer by the Commanding Officer of Combat Logistics Battalion 4. She served successfully in that capacity for 18 months, until the Marine Corps moved her husband to Camp Pendleton, CA.
In May, 2010, Beth interviewed for and was offered the position of Family Readiness Officer for 1st Marine Special Operations Battalion.
She now works with a national clientele, educating individuals from various backgrounds on the complexities of choosing a franchise that will best meet their professional and personal goals. Please contact Beth anytime for an appointment.
Beth now lives by her motto: Own a Business ~ Own Your Future.
From the I-5 take the Camp Pendleton/Oceanside Harbor exit. Follow the exit to the main gate. If you do not have a base car sticker, be prepared to show your driver’s license so the sentry can scan it.
At the first light – Wire Mt Rd – turn right.

Turn left at the stop sign.

The South Mesa Club will be on your left about a half mile down the road.
Hope to see you there.

Semper Fi,
Steve Fisher
