Overview
Knowledge International, LLC is currently recruiting 125 retired or separated US Army Veterans for a 6-20 month "Building the Land Forces" project in the United Arab Emirates. Leading the project is a recently retired US Army Lieutenant General.

The Initiative
“Building the Land Forces”, Phase II: Building the Land Forces (BLF) follows on from “Building the Land Forces”, Phase I: Capabilities-Based Assessment (CBA). Phase II’s contract is to execute and implement the recommendations made by the CBA team. The objective end state of this program is that our team will help build programs to enable the UAE Land Forces to develop high-quality soldiers and leaders to man highly trained and ready units that can operate throughout the full spectrum of operations.

Description
Leads the Land Forces Brigade Training Team; trains Land Forces Headquarters and Brigades down to squad level on every aspect of Brigade Combat Team doctrine, serves as a functional expert of Brigade Combat Teams organization, operations, and training; advises Brigade and subordinate commanders on the US Army principles embodied in FM 7-0 / 7-1.
Experience Required: Former US Army Brigade/Battalion Commander; Iraq and/or Afghanistan combat veteran; Infantry, Armor, Fires background; MEL-1.
Experience Desired: Former CTC or BCTP or senior trainer; TRADOC experience.
