Passive IT Supervisor for Utah Data Center Project
SUPERVISOR:
Must be U.S. Citizen possessing active (or eligible for immediate reinstatement) TS/SCI level clearance. Minimum 10 years of current, verifiable Information Transport Systems industry installation experience and holds current BICSI Technician certification. BICSI RCDD certification a plus.
Capable of leading larger crews between 10-15 installers (including sub-contractors) or multiple crews. Possess minimum 10 years of current/verifiable experience.
Capable of demonstrating the proper safety practices and installation procedures for terminating, testing, troubleshooting and documenting a cable plant system using both pre-term and field terminated products to team members.
Demonstrated experience with FLUKE DTX-1800 for testing both riser and horizontal copper/fiber and OTDR troubleshooting experience.
Capable of reading/interpreting blueprints to provide detailed direction and understanding of work requirements/expectations to team members.
Capable of generating an equipment list and bill of material for completing a specific task. Responsible for daily work performance reporting.
Capable of interfacing with the customer or other trade representatives as required on a day to day basis, and informing the Operations Manager of any possible problems or potential changes in the scope of work. Working familiarity or current certification with Hitachi Cable product line, Leviton Network Products, Eaton/Writeline enclosures, and Panduit cable support systems a plus.
OSP experience and confined space certification a plus.
