Senior Human Resources Generalist – Kingsford, MI
The highly motivated candidate will have:
· A proven track record of administering the full range of HR activities which support goals for growth and profitability within a professional setting.
· Strong hands on skills in employee relations, communications, coaching / training, and problem solving.
· Strong background in recruiting for management and skilled technical positions in engineering, accounting, and project management.
· Strong background in benefit administration.
· Responsibility for record retention and accuracy.
· Experience building interpersonal relationships in a team environment.
· Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
· 8-10+ years of progressive experience in a professional office environment are desired.
· PHR or SPHR a plus.
· DOD experience a plus.
