International Field Services Technicians
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
· Equipment/Machinery Repair
· Equipment troubleshooting
· Equipment installation at customer sites
· Distributor training and support
· Work on a wide range of custom heavy equipment
· Provide high quality service
· Ability to speak Spanish fluently required
· Excellent oral and written communication
· Customer service skills, both internally and externally
· Basic computer skills with familiarity of Microsoft Office
· Possession of a valid Passport is also required
Candidates would be working closely with our Service Headquarters located in New Hampshire, our Customer Service Center located in Zacatecas, Mexico, and our Manufacturing facilities in Northern WI and MI as well as supporting our Distributors in Latin America. Due to our expansion into the markets of Mexico, Central America, and South America, our preference is to have someone located in the US who would travel extensively throughout Latin America.
