As an Applications Analyst you will become an integral part of our team and execute all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Additionally the Applications Analyst will ensure tasks conform to specifications, align with standardized best practices, and participate in the future development and support of the Freight Management System.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for Applications Analyst Developer Oregon Reviews business requirements as well as the design of solutions for existing applications.
Works with team to provide work estimates for projects.
Creates and maintains functional and technical design specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements.
Develops and codes applications to specification.
Identifies and implements appropriate testing strategy.
Executes all steps required to deploy/implement the application solution.
Collaborates with project team members and QA on development, customer issues, and security requirements.
Runs code and design reviews and technical presentations to cross functional staff.
Provides 24/7 on-call rotational support of applications support to users including issue resolution. Accurately repairs and documents changes to applications as assigned.
Monitors system and application performance and troubleshoot/ resolve escalated issues.

Qualifications for Applications Analyst Developer Oregon:
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or technical area or equivalent combination of education & experience.
3-5 years experience in IT systems design and development preferably in medium to large corporate environments.
5+ years of experience with IBM i (System i/iSeries/AS400) DB2, RPG Free, RPGLE and CL.
2+ years experience using SQL, including the ability to create stored procedures required.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management.
Well developed active listening, facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience creating functional specifications and designs.
Knowledge of complex business principles and transportation management.
Demonstrated analytical capabilities including complex technical problem solving.
Exposure to managing customer expectations.
Ability to apply an understanding of in-depth functionality of multiple transportation-related systems.
Establish and maintain solid business relationships and work effectively with business and client contacts.
Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people.
Travel occasionally, < 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications for Applications Analyst Developer Oregon
Experience supporting web-based applications.
Strong knowledge of FTP communications.alatin, OR, 3
Knowledge in application interfacing techniques with 3rd party software.

We are currently hiring truck drivers to join our team. These drivers will be delivering freight that is used to build the infrastructure of our country such as steel, lumber, wallboard, pipe and other building materials that must be hauled on an open-deck trailer (flatbed). These trucks and trailers are commonly referred to as 18 wheelers for the eighteen tires on the two equipment components. TMC drivers are away from home during the week and home on the weekends.

A TMC driver is a member of a team that believes in being the best at everything it does. The performance of one reflects on the quality of the whole. Our performance-based percentage pay package reflects these values and was designed by TMC drivers. This innovative pay program is set up to reward self-motivated, hard-working individuals who are continually striving to improve. Average earnings for a first year TMC truck driver right out of truck school is $54,000/year, with our top performers making $70,000 and up!

Drivers for TMC must first obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). We do not require any previous truck driving experience and we can help you find the training you need to obtain your CDL-A. Our training is VA Approved, allowing veterans who are eligible for education benefits to draw on these benefits for up to 2 years while in the Apprenticeship phase.  This can be up to $1,407.00/month from the VA in addition to your TMC paycheck!

Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens

Job Description for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US CitizensThe Medical Services Support in Iraq (MSSI) Program Manager establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care as well as resuscitative surgical care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year to Chief of Mission (COM) personnel U.S. Embassy Baghdad, serving a population of approximately 14,000 adults.


SCOPE for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:The Dentist reports to the MSSI Program Manager and is clinically supervised by the designated site medical director. The Dentist will be assigned to treat patients in one of the following settings: (1) Large Medical/Trauma Hospital or (2) Small Medical/Trauma hospital.The Dentist will diagnose and treat problems with teeth and tissues in the mouth, along with giving advice and administering care to help prevent future problems.  They will provide instruction on diet, brushing, flossing, the use of fluorides, and other aspects of dental care.  They will remove tooth decay, fill cavities, examine x-rays, straighten teeth, perform extractions, and repair fractured teeth.  They will also perform limited corrective surgery on gums and supporting bones to treat gum diseases.  They also administer anesthetics and write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications.  In addition, settings may require stabilization of patient and coordination of evacuation of patient to medevac center or CONUS.Dentists provide a U.S. standard of care for our patient care/treatment model.All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.

This is a notional position based on anticipated future openings.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:Graduate of an accredited Dental School in the United States.Must be an unrestricted U.S. licensed dentistMust have three (3) years licensure and experience as a general dentistAll healthcare providers must have current clinical experience in direct patient care and have worked a minimum of 6 of the last 12 months in desired career field.  

OTHER DUTIES for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.Maintain the highest regard for patient dignity and observe the precepts of the American Hospital Associations Bill of Rights for patients.Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.Other duties as assigned.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS for Dentists Iraq Afghanistan US Citizens:Requires a favorably adjudicated Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) investigation conducted by the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security.Must sign a CHS MSSI Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the FSA.Note: CHS will provide institutional malpractice insurance as well as individual malpractice policies for Dentists.

The following requirements apply to all Dentists:Licenses are in good standing, are without restrictions, and are kept current through the period of employment.Dentists shall be licensed in the United StatesDentists shall have recent clinical experience in patient dental care, including at least 6 months out of the past year.Participate in training, (including HIPAA training) that may be required by DOS or CHS prior to deployment to Iraq.Shall complete a Foreign Affairs Counter Terrorism training course prior to deployment to Iraq for work on the MSSI contract. Training will include: Combat First Aid, Weapons Familiarization, Defensive Tactics/Driving, IED recognition, Surveillance  Detection and Hostage Survival and Personnel RecoveryMust have a valid, current U.S. Driver’s LicenseMust have a current U.S. Passport.Dentists shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write and communicate in English.

|All shall demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic word processing programs and the CHS Medical Management System software.The normal workweek is established by the DoS Chief of Mission.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be “medically and dentally fit” in accordance CHS Medical Readiness Guidelines and Policies and/or as dictated by the ClientNo conditions that would prevent the wear of personal protective equipment; including protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor and chemical/biological protective garments or conditions that would prevent the capability of donning, lifting or carrying of up to 70 lbs. of referenced gear while running to a bunker or protected area in the face of perceived or imminent danger.Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment; travel in Iraq is required by surface or air.The climate is desert-like, hot, and prone to dust storms.
