Our employees are an important part of the CoastHills experience, we are looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager for our Vandenberg Village and VAF Base Branches, CAUnder general direction of the VP of Branch Operations, the Relationship Manager is responsible for the management, direction of branch sales, services, and operations by coaching the branch employees’ activities towards attainment of Credit Union goals and providing maximum member benefit.
Some responsibilities for Relationship Manager are,
Accountable for the attainment of branch sales goals and operational compliance
Works in tandem with the Branch Operations Administrator to ensure front line operations are being accurately performed and that training and development of front line staff is actively pursued
Plans, manages, directs, organizes and coordinates the sales and operational activities of the assigned branches, including cross selling, member service, quality, safety and security control
Provides leadership and supervision of branch sales, branch operations, and services
Informs employees of Credit Union of goals, promotions, products, services, and activities and to encourage participation and open communication
Cross-sells Credit Union products and services
Reviews branch activities and formulates recommendations concerning sales, services and policies
Ensures the application and compliance with established Credit Union operating policies and procedures
Resolves complex member complaints, transactions and errors
Responsible for managing branch cash and maintaining branch limit requirements
Responsible for the assurance of compliance as it relates to all branch operations functions so that branch audit results are within acceptable boundaries
Responsible for ensuring branch staff have acceptable balancing results
Requirements for Relationship Manager are,
3 or more years of increasingly responsible experience in a supervisory or managerial position within a financial institution or other related managerial experience that may be relevant
Knowledge of Credit Union products, services, programs and promotions, highly beneficial
Knowledge of computer software such as Episys, Loans PQ, Word Processing, desirable
Outstanding leader, able to coach, motivate, evaluate, counsel and recognize employees
Exceptional presenter, with strong listening skills, able to respond effectively to employees, members, vendors and the public
Ability to write clear and concise reports, correspondence and performance evaluations
Ability to organize work to meet deadlines
Ability to cross-train employees on all Credit Union products
Ability to develop and encourage cooperation and teamwork among employees and services
Ability to promote and maintain a positive image of the Credit Union to employees, vendors and members
Ability to travel, attend, and participate in meetings, seminars, and conferences held before and after normal business hours that may require unaccompanied long distance travel and overnight lodging
Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance
Ability to be bonded
