You're Invited to the Bronx Veterans Day Parade Nov 5th

The Bronx Veterans Parade Task Team cordially invites you to participate in the Bronx Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 12:00 PM. Formation is 11:00 AM. The event is hosted by The Bronx Veterans Parade Task Team, Inc. (The BVPTT, Inc), a non-profit organization located in the Bronx. The purpose of the parade is to honor our local Veterans and Military Personnel while raising community awareness of their sacrifices, and their ongoing needs when they return home.

Check-In for pre-registered entries is 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM; at E. 175th Street Crotona Parkway- even if you have already received your line-up position. The Parade will include Veterans, Service Members, Elected Officials, Community Leaders, Service Organizations, Marching Bands and associated participants.
Parade Route: >From E. 175th Street Crotona Parkway to E. 180th Street; on to the West Farm Soldiers Cemetery at E 180th Street & Bryant Avenue for memorial service; ending in Vidalia Park at E. 180th Street (between Vyse Ave. & Daly Ave; Bronx, NY 10460). Resource Information, Speakers, Special Recognition Awards, Refreshments, and Entertainment will be available at Vidalia Park.
To participate, please complete and return the attached official Parade Application or Tabling Registration form by October 7, 2016 to location identified in letter attached. The BVPTT will approve the applications that most closely meet the goal and purpose of the Bronx Veterans Day Parade.
