I've worked for a safety company on a job in Oklahoma at a refinery for several days and asked the hiring manager if they had any work overseas, he said yes in Saudi Arabia. I was offered the job and my post was going to be in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Flight plans were changed without anyone calling me and I had to rent rental cars twice to make it to the airport in Houston. My plane flight leaving from Houston was hour late leaving the second day and I had to change flights in Germany because I missed the flight leaving to Saudi Arabia. No one from the company as stated on my contract was there to meet me in Saudi Arabia. I was traveling alone , no bags etc. My medication was held up in bags in Germany. I made it through customs asked for some help, was taken to an undisclosed location and had a seizure there. The company did not try to locate me til after Tuesday, two day later. I got fired for having an seizure, only was paid for the flight there. I can't get any help on this manner from anyone in the U.S. I'm back home now. No help from any lawyers and no answers from the company. I'm a veteran and this is not right.
