Responsibilities
•Primary function is to plan, execute, lead global medical evacuation operations. Subsets of that duty include asset development, protocol development, maintaining a trained and ready force, assisting clients with their planning needs
•Must have sufficient experience to integrate security experts into operations in support of all client requests
•Perform all necessary functions to effectively manage operations throughout the employee life cycle – hiring, mentoring, providing guidance, performance management, motivating.
•Build and implement budgets, expense reports and department financial management
•Provide vertical and horizontal liaison functions within the organization
•Follow, build, and improve protocols and quality standards for business operations
•Develop, implement, and manage training programs to maintain operational readiness
•Manage the research and maintenance of operations and client databases
•Evaluate and manage strategic partners
•Travel domestically and internationally supporting current operations
•Travel domestically and internationally supporting business development
•Must have sufficient security experience to respond to client security situations until the security team can assume lead
•Must be comfortable leading teams from an operations center environment
Ideal Qualifications
•Private sector management and leadership experience
•BA/BS Required; MBA desired
•Previous medical experience required
•Military experience preferred / special operations experience value added
•Demonstrated leadership skills
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Efficient time management and organizational skills
•Strong analytical skills
•Highly energetic and motivated, able to lead operations outside of normal work hours when required
•Attention to detail and follow-through
•Robust personal and professional international travel experience preferred
•Second language is value added
Compensation: salary based on experience + bonus + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage analysis, reporting and intelligence gathering of global events for GR clients
Manage delivery of client information
Participate in and lead segments of client pitches, business development and client account management
Manage and lead the creation of customized reports for existing and potential clients
Champion the use of the GRID Intelligence Jobs in the Americas
Set response standards for all client inquiries
Lead, drive, mentor and manage Information Analyst teams
Participate
in an aggressive, entrepreneurial group engaged in creating and
managing leading business software products sold to global business
clients
Manage the directed evolution, integration and positioning of customer facing software products in the US:
Determine Product/service feature needs via competitive benchmarking
Source feedback from sales
Validate via client feedback to meet market requirements
Communicate findings for IT discussion and decisions
Oversee the editorial reviews of all intelligence products to ensure that GR standards are being met
Domestic and international travel required
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Military / government / academic intelligence background required
