JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES for  SQL Database Administrator Quantico VA:
Function primarily as a Microsoft SQL 2008 database administrator
Assist in the administration of internal Development Network

REQUIRED SKILLS for  SQL Database Administrator Quantico VA:
Experience with Microsoft SQL Database administration
Experience with Microsoft Server Internet Information Services (IIS)
Development Network maintenance
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
Excellent time management and organization skills; ability to multi-task in a fast paced, large environment setting
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies

Position Requirements for  SQL Database Administrator Quantico VA   
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business discipline with coursework in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent and related experience
OR
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent and two (2) years’ related experience
OR
High School diploma and four (4) years’ related experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS for  SQL Database Administrator Quantico VA: 
Current CompTIA Security + CE (must have continuing education (CE) endorsement)
OR
Other certification meeting or exceeding DoD 8570 IAT Level II (GSEC, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CISA, CGCIH, CISSP, CASP)
AND
Microsoft Server 2008 R2
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT for  SQL Database Administrator Quantico VA: 
ACTIVE DoD Secret security clearance
