Military-Civilian Testimonials 10/23/23 Job Sharing

Good morning Ms. Jensen,,br>
My name is Kevin Vincent and I am the Community Employment Coordinator (CEC) here at James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa. Your name and information was passed onto me for review. I work with our Disabled Veterans here at the VA in trying them competitive employment in their local communities.

I would like to be added to your weekly/monthly emails if possible? Or whatever list is that you might distribute out with your openings.

We/I have Veterans that we work with all over the state that are in need of employment and I think that your company could help us in finding employment for our Veterans.

Please let me know if you have any questions that I might be able to answer. I look forward t working with you in putting our Veterans to work.

Have a great day.

Thank you,

Kevin

Military-Civilian K9 Veterinary Technician

Hi Lucy,

My name is Morgan and I am an LVT in the state of Michigan. I was wondering if I could get some more information about the position available for a veterinary technician to work in Iraq and Afghanistan with the bomb detecting dogs. I was wondering if you knew the salary and hours for that position? I would also like to inquire if the position is still available.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Military-Civilian Medic Candidates
Lucy,
I am inquiring about the job postings for the SAR medic positions in Afghan.  I am going on terminal leave in December 2020 (1st official retirement date of 1 March).
How far out is a good time to start applying for your company, or to at least seek further information regarding the job?
I am retiring from OSW at Fort Bragg (under 1st SFC) as the SOFACC (Special Operation Forces Austere Care Course) NCOIC as an 18D.
I have my NREMT-Paramedic and my IBSC Flight Paramedic.  I can obviously send a resume, I just wanted to know if I am too early to start inquiring.  Thank you.

Military-Civilian Security Candidates

Hello Lucy, hope all has been well with you, it’s been a few years since we’ve spoken.

As you can see I get your emails and this one is a couple of years old. I’ve been stateside for a while now and looking to get back to work and saw this advert while I was clearing out old emails.

I’d appreciate anything along security management lines you may have available; retired Ranger/SF Type, made E-9 (somehow!?!), worked the Karzai Protection Detail for DynCorp and was the Ops Chief of RC North in Afghanistan for GLOBAL International Security, then went to flying and did a few years of ISR work for Avenge and (primarily) L-3; had a TS-SCI last adjudicated 08/2011.

(Was on the list to go back w/ L-3 but they are cutting back until next year.)

Thanks in advance for anything you might dig up!!

Military-Civilian IT Candidates seeking Certifications

Hello,
I was specifically interested in the IT Professionals Remote Training. I left the Army as a Staff Sergeant in 2015, since then I have been working overseas on contract with Northrop Grumman. I have always been interested in pursuing a career in the IT field.

So I would like more information on this, my contract is up in December. If it is remote then possibly I would be able to continue working abroad and on the apprenticeship program at the same time? Any further information would be greatly appreciated. Contacting me via email is probably the easiest method, at GMT+3 the time difference make communication more difficult.

Thanks,
Charles

Nursing positions

Hello, my name is Carol. I am reaching out to you today in hopes that you
may be able to provide me with information on available Nursing Positions in
the Vicenza, Italy area. Currently we are stationed at Fort Benning, GA
where I am licensed and have been working as a Registered Nurse over the
last year. My husband has received an assignment notification and we are
scheduled to report to Vicenza Italy on 10 October 2020. Continuing to work
and gain experience in the field of nursing is very important to me. I have
been visiting USA JOBS and federal job websites daily with little luck. Is
there any advice or avenues you would recommend when seeking available
nursing positions on the army base in Vicenza Italy? Thank you for your time
and assistance in this matter, any information you could provide would be
greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Carol T
