Description For Information Assurance-Systems Administrator
Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Information Technology, Logistics and Environmental Support Services. We are currently seeking an Information Assurance/Systems Administrator to join our technical team that supports the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES For Information Assurance-Systems Administrator
Serve as the Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity Analyst, and Systems/Server Administrator supporting the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL)

Information Assurance/Cyber Security:
Maintain information assurance/cyber security and system certification and accreditation documentation for MCCLL-LMS.
OPDIR compliance, reviews threat and vulnerability assessments for MCCLL LMS impacts.
Maintain MCCLL-LMS Marine Corps Certification and Support Tool (MCCAST) and prepare documentation for MCCLL LMS accreditation (ATO and ATC).  MCCAST is the Marine Corps system of record for system certification and accreditation.
Prepare documentation for Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) compliance to include annual tests
Prepare documentation for DITPR /DON –  DADMS annual reviews.
Prepare and maintain documentation for DISA Ports Protocols, Services, Management (PPSM) maintenance.

System/Server Administrator
Maintenance of MCCLL IT infrastructure requirements, CYBER range development environment, MCEITS ZoneA, uProd, and cProd environments, local development environment and locally issued laptops, SVTC configuration, MCCLL shared drive permissions.
Assist in the facilitation of help desk requests for MCCLL personnel via MCWL G6 and MITSC NCR.
Demonstrate proficiency and expertise in Windows Server 2008 and later, IIS, and CaC authentication infrastructure.

Position Requirements For Information Assurance-Systems Administrator
 
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
5+ years’ experience providing Information Assurance support to the DoD

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other directly related scientific or technical discipline

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012
Current COMPTIA Security + CE (must have continuing education (CE) endorsement)

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
Active DoD Secret security clearance (Will require access to NATO Classified Information)

Description For Programmer Senior VA:
Under broad direction, oversee creation of web-based, multi-user solutions documenting and auditing personnel training, schedules, and permissions.  Manage latest web development technologies and practices for review of customized easy to understand reports and views that reduce management efforts.  Facilitate creation of access-related work processes and empower leadership by providing clear insight into their personnel groups and permissions.  Oversee development of extensible searching capability, customized reports and statistics, export features, history/event tracking system, and Microsoft SharePoint Web-part integration and Microsoft Active Directory integration.  Demonstrate best practices in code development and documentation at an organization’s enterprise level.  Requires Full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience and as well as experience in web development.  Will be responsible for .NET, SQL server, and ASP.NET applications.  Will  operate SQL server 2008 and need knowledge of HTML, CSS, C# and Java Script.  Experience working in the Department of Defense environment is required.  Excellent communications skills are required.  Required to be certified in Microsoft programming.



Qualifications For Programmer Senior VA:
Ten (10) years of experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
IAT III Certification required
ITILv3 Framework experience required
Clearance: Current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with SECRET clearance
