USAF - Retired military working dogs

USAF - Retired military working dogs

The U.S Air Force officials at Joint base San Antonio Lackland are becoming increasingly worried about their retired K9 partners not being able to find loving homes.  These dogs have worked all of their lives protecting our troops and you and I -the nation and homeland security - as such, the USAF is pleading with citizens to assist.

There are certain requirements that must be met by the proposed person(s) adopting - FOR INFORMATION go to:

 MWD.adoptions@us.af.mil      or call (210)671-6766

ALSO - REMEMBER  - at K9 Companions inc. (951)780-5810 they have a full trained Doberman Pincer Service K9 that NEEDS ADOPTION NOW!!!!!!!!

You all have a great  and safe New Years  AND REMEMBER

"as you go through life whatever be your goal, keep your eye on the doughnut and NOT on the hole".  I have no idea what that mean, BUT a gentlemen who was a Medal of Honor recepient from World War II gave me a coffee cup with that saying when I was younger - AND - for some reason it just stuck with me
