The New York State Division of Veterans’ Affairs is honored to announce a special Art Exhibition showcasing the artistic talents of Women Veterans

Opening in June, 2019
The New York State Division of Veterans’ Affairs is honored to announce a special Art Exhibition showcasing the artistic talents of Women Veterans throughout New York State. Exhibition will be staged in gallery format inside the Concourse of the Empire State Plaza in Albany, N.Y. It will be highly visible to the many people who visit the New York State Capitol, the New York State Legislative Office Building, and other buildings within the Empire State Plaza complex throughout the exhibit duration. The exhibition will open in , to correspond with the annual program held at the Legislative Office Building honoring the service of New York State’s Women Veterans. See requirements attached for artwork to be displayed in the exhibit. You do not need to create a new work of art exclusively for this exhibition, although you're certainly welcome to do so. A work of art that was displayed at a prior exhibition is absolutely welcome for this exhibition as well. Any questions concerning this exhibition, please email Joel Evans (joel.evans@veterans.ny.gov) or Benjamin Pomerance (benjamin.pomerance@veterans.ny.gov), or call either of us at (518) 474-6114. Share this invite with other Women Veterans who may be interested in displaying their work at this exhibition, too. Thank you for your service. We look forward to a great exhibition in Albany!
