SCOPE:
CHSi is bidding to partner with a Defense Client to provide training to its employees on the use of their proprietary Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System.  Our expertise in providing workforce health solutions and deploying software that helps deliver solutions to our Fortune 1000 and Federal Government clients positions us to be the best possible provider of this service.  We’re looking for qualified candidates to fill multiple potential Program Manager positions who would provide the services onsite at our potential client’s facility in the Metropolitan Washington area at several times throughout the year.  If you’re interested in joining a team with 40 years of experience as the most unique medical services company, then please submit your interest!


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS For Program Manager Arlington Virginia:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and Program Management Professional Certification (Portfolio and Program Management. Certification) is highly preferable
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills required with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated staff and project management.
Experience using AHLTA in a clinical setting preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Program Manager Arlington Virginia:
Serves as primary interface with customer, Contracting Officer and other designated Government officials throughout the term of the contract and related task orders.
Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and effective solutions to emergent conditions.
Plans, and executes all contractual service requirements.
Prepares, and manages program budgets, schedules, and achieves all performance requirements.
Resolves issues or obstacles impeding progress and recommended solutions.
Provides status of deliverables/milestones met on the program.
Provides description of work completed on the program and plan for the next month.
Provides direction and guidance to all program staff.
Manages master project schedule and program execution plan, approved by the client. This includes, but is not limited to:
Manages the quality programs of business partners, subcontractors, services contractors, and suppliers supporting the program.
Provides Corporate and customer management with timely, transparent and accurate information to assess program performance.
Program status, to include objectives met, work completed and work outstanding
Issues or obstacles impeding progress and recommended solutions
Status of deliverables/milestones
Resource planning/status
Topics or issues identified by the Government QAP
Description of work completed and plans for next month
Summarize the efforts of each primary task
Enterprise-wide Contractor Manpower Reporting Application, Policy Alert 13-38 dated 13


OTHER DUTIES For Program Manager Arlington Virginia:
May lead or participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, contract awards, and new policy requirements.
Travel approximately 20%.
Performs duties in a safe manner.  Follows the corporate safety policy.  Supports safety meetings, training and goals.  Ensures safe operating conditions within area of responsibility.  Encourages co-workers to work safely.  Identifies “close calls” and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel.  Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
Assists in active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO, AAAHC, and other mandated regulations or standards.
