RESPONSIBILITIES For Vice President Operations Lebanon NH:
•Lead an aggressive, entrepreneurial group engaged in managing and leading crisis response and other operational initiatives
•Manage all aspects of operations center, contact center, telemedicine and work process flow activities
•Optimize operations staffing based on analysis of operational call, telemedicine and deployment volume statistics
•Take ownership of, develop strategy for and implement policy surrounding advisory, evacuation, repatriation, telemedicine and consulting services
•Coordinate analytic, strategic and technical resources to meet and exceed customer expectations
•Evaluate and manage strategic partners
•Work directly with other internal functional areas to support clients and partners
•Represent the company on sales calls or client visits
•Domestic and international travel

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Vice President Operations Lebanon NH:
A successful candidate for this role is a seasoned leader, a strong customer advocate, a strategic and analytical thought leader that thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
•BA/BS degree – MBA preferred
•Services operations (operations/contact center) experience required
•Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
•Demonstrated success in defining and using actionable metrics to drive productivity, customer service and product & process optimization
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; negotiation, and financial/analytical skills
•Ability to coordinate the efforts of multiple direct and indirect reports, with the leadership skills necessary to obtain buy-in across multiple groups
•Attention to detail and follow-through
•Efficient time management and organizational skills
•Experience in the medical, security, military, intelligence or other related fields is preferred
