V1 Analytical Solutions (V1) has immediate contingency hire positions for exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as Senior Programmer/Analysts and Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) to support a USSOCOM contract pursuit.
These positions are available in Tampa, FL.
For Senior Programmer/Analyst positions, applicants must have:
•10 years’ development experience adhering to Systems/Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
•experience working with COTS/GOTS software to develop thin and thick client solutions using .Net framework.
•experience with Oracle 11g/12c design and PL/SQL development.
•experience with SQL Server 2012 design and T-SQL development.
•proficiency in Visual Studio development suite including but not limited to VB.Net, ASP.Net and C# applications.
•possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
•TS/SCI security clearance
For Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) positions, applicants must have 6 years’ hands-on operations research analysis (ORSA) experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex military and related problems supporting:
•DoD planning, programming and budgeting system (PPBS)
•Requirements Development/Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) and/or major defense acquisition programs (MDAPS)
Applicants must additionally possess:
•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
•TS/SCI security clearance.
