We are seeking a SharePoint Design Migration Technician for Richmond, VA - Travel Required
Minimal Level/Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The qualified candidate will assist the Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC) in implementing the AvePoint migration tool (AvePoint Migrator and DocAve Content Manager) and in the migration of content to SharePoint 2013. The candidate will also assist with the design and implementation of the DocAve Platform in a Lab and/or Development environment as well as implementation documentation. The SharePoint Design Migration Technician shall have the ability to perform the following processes and procedures with or without reasonable accommodation:
a. Design the logical and physical hardware and software configurations for the DocAve platform deployment for the migration process.
b. Install and configure AvePoint Migrator and DocAve Content Manager components in FDIC’s lab and development environments.
c. Develop and provide implementation documentation.
d. Build and deploy any scripts needed for implementation.
e. Evaluate File Share contents and identify potential issues or mitigations required prior to migration.
f. Evaluate SharePoint 2007 contents and identify potential issues or mitigations required prior to migration.
g. Develop a test plan for the migration.
h. Develop migration plan.
i. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the migration.
j. Perform test migrations from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013.
k. Perform test migrations from window’s file shares to SharePoint2013
l. Provide assistance and problem resolution for the QA and Production deployments.
m. Provide assistance and problem resolution for the migration efforts.
n. Perform proof of concept migration for the content specified by FDIC.
o. Migrate content for the pilot group identified by FDIC.
p. Assist with planning future migrations.
q. Document the migration methodology for FDIC.
r. Conduct training on the document migration process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. AvePoint product experts with in depth product knowledge and experience with implementation of AvePoint products and have full knowledge of the DocAve Platform.
2. A content migration expert with in-depth product knowledge and experience with using the AvePoint Migrator and DocAve Content Manager to migrate content from Windows file shares and SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013.
3. A SharePoint expert with in-depth product knowledge and experience with SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2013.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Physician Assistant shall perform and provide medical examination and treatment as required by the MTF, Chief, Department of Primary Care and Community Medicine (DPCCM), or Counterpart, at each location. The Physician Assistant shall perform the services, which a military Physician with similar training and experience would be called upon to perform while in a similar duty assignment. The Physician Assistant shall be responsible for a regular appointed clinic, compatible with workload and, in addition, provide immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems as they occur. All PA’s shall have the capability to:
Collect and record, in proper format, medical and social historical data appropriate to the patient’s condition.
Perform a general physical examination. Record the findings in proper format and determine medical qualifications for various purposes.
Select the most appropriate diagnosis and treat in cases of uncomplicated common illness and injuries (refer when necessary)
Recognize those more complicated cases, initiate treatment (if appropriate), and refer to a higher level of medical expertise for diagnosis and or treatment.
Plan and initiate proper treatment within the PA’s defined privileges and the scope of practice of the facility.
Identify and report those situations and individual cases which have public health significance and carry out effect control measures.
Clearly communicate to other health personnel either orally or in writing the findings, diagnosis, and planned treatment regimen
Stabilize and manage a patient in a medical or surgical emergency and or transfer to physician care.
Determine appropriate means of evacuation of emergency patients, prepare patients for evacuation, and arrange for evacuation support.
Perform the following blocks: digital, local infiltration, and intercostal
Emergency procedures: Cricothyriodotomy External cardiac compression; set-up chest tube bottles attach Heimlich valve; needle thoracentesis debride wound, superficial; cosmetic closure, facial wound closure, scalp wound closure
Orthopedic procedures
Podiatry procedures
Instruct patient in prevention
General surgical procedures
Urological procedures
Maintain inpatient and outpatient medical records in accordance with MTF procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
The Physician Assistant shall be a graduate of a Physician Assistant program qualified by academic and practical education to provide patient services as a physician extender under supervision of a physician. Be a graduate of a Physician Assistant Training program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARCPA) or its predecessors, and acceptable to the Surgeon, USAF is mandatory. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Pharmacist Serves patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies. As well as have the following:
A working knowledge of pharmacy computer systems such as CHCS computer system.
Perform a full range of pharmacist procedures.
Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services within the personnel, supply, and equipment capabilities of the facility.
Counsel patients regarding appropriate use of medications.
Review patient profiles at the time of dispensing in order to closely monitor medication therapy.
Ensure prescription directions for use, dose, medication interactions, therapeutic duplications or overlaps, allergy information, age specific dosage, and other pertinent data are appropriate for individual patients. Intervention with providers shall be made for noted discrepancy of above listed items.
Compound medications as required.
Ensure accuracy of all pharmaceutical products prepared or processed by technical staff.
Work closely with clinical staff in developing patient wellness programs such as smoking cessation programs and asthma classes.
Provide medication information and medication therapy guidelines to the clinical staff as required.
Provide medication and healthcare related in service training to clinical staff on new medications on the market; appropriate use of medications; comparison of current medication therapies; and other topics as deemed appropriate by the department head.
Provide clinical direction to pharmacy personnel.
Supervise inventory control of all pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy, especially, scheduled pharmaceuticals, and ensure pharmacy security. Maintain appropriate records and security of all scheduled controlled substances according to applicable regulations
Consult with other specialty practitioners to provide optimal patient pharmaceutical care.
Ensure that work areas are clean and safe according to applicable regulations.
Document significant medication interactions, and pharmacy interactions with prescribers. Conduct Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting in accordance with
TJC or AAAHC standards as appropriate.
Facilitate medical staff drug utilization reviews (DURs) as deemed necessary

Job Description
The Medical Services Support in Iraq (MSSI) Program Manager establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care as well as resuscitative surgical care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year to Chief of Mission (COM) personnel U.S. Embassy Baghdad, serving a population of approximately 14,000 adults.
SCOPE:
The Pharmacy Technician reports to the Deputy Program Manager and will be supervised while performing field work by a site medical director.
The Pharmacy Technician will deliver services in one of three settings: (1) Field Health Unit, (2) Small medical/trauma hospitals, (3) Large medical/trauma hospital and assists in the treatment of patients by dispensing drugs and related medical supplies under the direction of a physician.
Pharmacy technician is a staff member who works under the direct supervision of a licensed Physician or Surgeon or other authorized health care professional, and performs many pharmacy-related functions. Job duties include dispensing prescription drugs and other health care products to patients. Pharmacy technicians assist the pharmacists to participate and develop extended clinical pharmacy roles, such as independent prescribing by site Medical Directors and other licensed staff. A key role is ensuring the security of prescription drugs and pharmaceuticals and control of the pharmacy inventory.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have completed a formal Pharmacy Technician training program leading to a diploma, certificate or an associate’s degree.
U.S. Military Pharmacy technical school training certification (4P0X1, 68Q, or HM-8482) will also fulfill this requirement.
Must be registered in any state and/or be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ICPT).
Candidates who have completed an 'externship' in a pharmacy are desirable.
Two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
Must have and maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
All health care providers and medical support staff must have recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months out of the past year

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Helps prepare prescription medications.
Receives prescription requests.
Retrieves, pours, counts, weighs, measures, and sometimes mixes medication.
Performs administrative functions such as answering phones and stocking shelves.
Prepares prescription labels, selects the type of container, and affixes the prescription and auxiliary labels to the container.
Once the prescription is filled, files the prescription, which must be checked by a pharmacist before it is given to the patient.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
OTHER DUTIES:
All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
Shall understand and practice the precepts of the American Hospital Associations Bill of Rights for patients
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Pharmacy Specialists will require a favorably adjudicated Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) investigation conducted by the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security;
All Pharmacy Technicians will sign a CHS MSSI Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the FSA.
The normal workweek is established by the DoS Chief of Mission.
The following requirements apply to Pharmacy Technicians:
Shall be licensed/certificated in the United States
Participate in training, (including HIPAA training) that may be required by DOS or CHS prior to deployment to Iraq.
Must complete a Foreign Affairs Counter Terrorism training course prior to deployment to Iraq for work on the MSSI contract. Training will include: Combat First Aid, Weapons Familiarization, Defensive Tactics/Driving, IED recognition, Surveillance Detection and Hostage Survival and Personnel Recovery
Must have a valid, current U.S. Driver’s License
Must have a current U.S. Passport
Shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write and communicate in English.
Shall demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic word processing programs and the CHS Medical Management System software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be medically and dentally fit in accordance with DOS requirements for service in Iraq
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment; travel in Iraq is required by surface or air;
The climate is desert-like, hot, and prone to dust storms.
