Inside Sales Representative – No Cold Calls
United Debt Services is a debt settlement solutions company helping consumers across the country deal with intolerable amounts of credit card debt and other unsecured debts.
We looking for qualified inside sales representatives who are out-going, articulate and committed to helping consumers with debt management services.
United Debt Services offers a competitive base salary plus unlimited commission and bonuses. Our representatives have a high earning potential (average $65k-$100k annual salary).

Job Requirements:
Our calls are to qualified, warm leads—consumers looking for help out of their debt. You are providing a service that helps consumers out of financial hardship and puts them on the path to financial freedom.
You will:
•Receive calls from our calling queue and place outbound calls to consumers
•Manage and document the sales process in our CRM tool
•Evaluate the consumer’s financial needs and identify where our services can help
•Use a script to help guide each call
•Sell our debt settlement services
Our ideal candidate has:
•1+ year(s) of inside sales experience over the phone, with a proven record of closing sales
•College Degree preferred or Some College Course Work Completed
•Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com
•Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office, email, and Internet
•Excellent verbal and written communication
•Financial industry knowledge of banking, credit, debt settlement and/or mortgages
•The ability to work independently in a multi-step sales process and follow up with warm leads via phone or email
•Empathy and a willingness to assist consumers in hardship
•Great judgment skills
•Reliable transportation and excellent time management skills
