Aviation company is seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee rotorcraft engine inspection department for very active company. Repair station overhauls and repairs T53 engines, transmissions and components.
Quality Manager is responsible for entire quality department including scheduling, training, reporting, and managing staff.
Responsible for working directly with the FAA, maintaining training documentation, creating reports, following rules and regulations.
Experienced in Six Sigma, LEAN or other quality/production/planning systems a plus.
Must be organized, possess time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must have turbine experience with a minimum of 5 years hands-on aviation quality management experience. Must be a team player knowledgeable and experienced in motivating and inspiring staff.
