Position description for Logistical Management Information System Lead:The LMIS Lead, acting primarily in an advisory role, will provide supervisory technical and logistical assistance at the national and sub-national levels in Cambodia, to ensure that logistics management information systems (whether computerized or not) are functional, effective and efficient, and to ensure issues are sustainably resolved for this project. The LMIS Lead will determine viability of potential LMIS solutions by analyzing functional gaps in the current system, interoperability with existing health system information systems, and relevant concerns for LMIS effectiveness and efficiency, such as the nature and quality of data for reporting and requisitions, and the collaboration of LMIS with other processes accomplishing the overall supply chain. The LMIS Lead will oversee and/or advise the planning, training and implementation of the appropriate LMIS solution.
Required skills for Logistical Management Information System Lead:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the required knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform the principal duties.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in advising public sector or supply chain clients (>5 years)

We are seeking candidates with 2 years of experience in Project Management lifecycle activities. Candidates should possess a working knowledge of project management methodologies. PMP certification is not required, but is considered a plus.
Successful candidates will assist in planning, directing, and coordinating cross functional team activities. Our Project Managers will monitor and review all project/program economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub-contractors, resources and risk. They will also plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project/program.
• Preference given to candidates PMP certification• Defense and/or government account experience is a plus• Infrastructure and network experience is a plus• Knowledge of DSEM and Agile methodologies is desired• Experience with the HP PPM project management tool is a plus• Experience with industry standard tools such as MS Project is desired

Description For Warehouse Specialist Lead:
The Warehouse Specialist Lead serves as working leader over employees engaged in a wide variety of distribution and warehousing duties involving receiving, storing, issue, shipment, and distribution of a variety of bin and bulk materials, equipment, and commodities using mechanized, automated, and manual material moving equipment, devices, and systems. Distributes and balances workload to improve work flow or to accommodate unexpected work surges. Checks work in progress. Answers workers questions regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directions. Informs workers of changes in policies and procedures. Spot checks completed work for compliance with the Task Order on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines. Ensures work is done properly and efficiently IAW the terms and condition of the contract and Task Order. Warehouse Specialist. Uses DSS, must have MHE license, and be capable of operating forklifts with 4K, 6K, 10K and 15K capacity and Wire Guided Warehouse Cranes.
Requirements For Warehouse Specialist Lead:
Candidates shall have a minimum of two years related experience, of which one year shall be using the type of equipment to be operated, or specializing in required expertise. Material handling equipment (MHE) operators will be required to obtain and maintain a valid operating permit for the specific type of MHE (4K, 6K, 10K and 15K capacity) operated during the performance period.
Employees must have a valid driver’s license and minimum education of HS Diploma or GED.
