Description For Programmer Junior VA:
Under immediate supervision, create web-based, multi-user solutions to document and audit personnel training, schedules, and permissions.
Use latest web development technology and practice to provide leadership with customized easy to understand reports and views that reduce management efforts.
Create access-related work processes and empower leadership by providing clear insight into their personnel groups and permissions.
Provide extensible searching capability, customized reports and statistics, export features, history/event tracking system, and Microsoft SharePoint Web-part integration and Microsoft Active Directory integration.
Demonstrate best practices in code development and documentation at an organization’s enterprise level.  Requires Full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience and as well as experience in web development.
Will be responsible for .NET, SQL server, and ASP.NET applications.
Will  operate SQL server 2008 and need knowledge of HTML, CSS, C# and Java Script.
2-4 years of experience required.
Experience working in the Department of Defense environment recommended.  Excellent communications skills are required.
Required to have certification in  Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 Foundation.
Certified in accordance with  DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician I.

Qualifications For Programmer Junior VA:
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience required
High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
IAT I Certification required
ITILv3 Framework experience required

Clearance: Current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with SECRET clearance
