Looking For K9 Information

I just picked this K9 up in Orlando, Florida and brought him back to San Antonio, Texas. He is a retired working dog - narcotics. I know this because I worked dogs for some time. He does NOT have a tattoo only a microchip (#968-000000767825). I have been trying to find out where he came from - AEG is the last stop after Canada. His chip was made by AEG by a company that has since closed. I also have looked in Sweden without any information. I just want to know where this HERO came from and who he is. He has a metal plate in his right back hind leg. Someone cared enough to take care of this military working dog. If anyone provide any information on him - please send me a private message. Thank you everyone for your dedication to freedom around the world!

I believe he may be an Explosives Detection. Age is unknown, anywhere from 8-12 years of age Belgian Malinois. He is the sweetest Malinois who just wants attention 100% of the time. Both ears are scarred and damaged due to Aural Hematomas caused from ear infections.
Any and all info on this Unknown K9 Hero is appreciated.

Have you tried Lackland AFB?

military-civilian has tried Lackland AFB - thanks for the input. It would be nice to find the past to this hero.

If the dog does not have a tattoo or any sign that it ever had one, then there is a 99.9% chance that it was never a Military Working Dog. All dogs at Lackland are tattoo'd before they ever enter training. The DoD does not track dogs by microchip, only tattoo's. I am guessing this dog was procured and trained by a civilian agency.
