Open House and Job Fair - Simi Valley, CA - January 23rd

Administration and staff of the adult school cordially invite you to participate in our Open House and Job Fair.  The event is slated for Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  You may reserve a display table at the event and/or be a Guest Speaker. 

The event will offer visitors an opportunity to visit our school and learn about the vast array of programs we offer.  Guests can attend the Guest Speaker Series, visit classrooms, talk to our professional instructors or talk to recruiters and service providers from throughout the community.  Several food trucks will also be available.  Additionally, Radio Station 99.1, The Ranch, will broadcast live on-site from the Open House and Job Fair.

The Guest Speaker Series will be scheduled in advance throughout the day.  I would like to schedule individual speakers from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Then, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., we plan to end the series with an Employer’s Forum.  This question-and-answer format will offer the audience an opportunity to submit questions directly to employers regarding barriers to employment and how to overcome them.
