Currently the opening is available at the CoastHills’ Crossroads branch located on 2364 S Bradley in Santa Maria, CA.
The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. Additionally, under general supervision of the Vice President, Wealth Management, the Registered Representative is responsible for performing a wide variety of duties relating to soliciting, selling and servicing securities and insurance products to Credit Union clients and preparing tax returns. A Registered Representative promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union.
Education and Experience for Financial Advisor CA
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Wealth Management’s initial training program will consist primarily of preparing candidates for the following securities and insurance industry exams. Passing all exams by the predetermined date will be required prior to moving to the next phase of training.

Series 7 General Securities Representative License
Series 63 State Uniform Securities Agent License
Series 65 State Uniform Investment Advisor License
California Life and Health Insurance License
Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance
