Job Responsibilities:
Technical leads at HubSpot are passionate, hands-on engineers who own and guide the direction of the products they are responsible for. They also help develop and train the engineers who report directly to them.
The ideal candidate has experience leading teams and has successfully shipped web applications that have scaled to many thousands of users.

Job Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a variety of technologies on the web. Our stack is diverse and includes the following technologies: Java (DropWizard), Python (Django), JavaScript (Backbone.js, CoffeeScript, jQuery), HBase, Hadoop (MapReduce), MySQL, and ZooKeeper.
Mobile application development for iOS and Android

Job Qualifications:
HubSpot judges candidates on potential, not a list of skills. That being said, we're paying attention if you have experience:
Building dynamic web applications
Designing RESTful APIs and designing database and storage strategies
Experience with a dynamic and functional language as well as a systems or staticly typed language
Working in a Linux or OSX environment, familiarity with server administration and tools
