OMNITEC Solutions provides a variety of strategic management support to multiple executive leadership commands for the US Navy and other DOD teams. We are currently pursuing a contract to provide a full range of program management support services for executive management functions, including Corporate Operations, Strategic Management, Business Planning, Workforce Management, Process Improvement, and Corporate Communications. The Task Order-based services range from complex, executive-level tasks to administrative support. This work will be performed in San Diego, CA (92110).
PROGRAM MANAGER, Strategic Management Consulting Services (11.0012.ca), San Diego, California, 92110
One of the key positions is for a Program Manager who can lead and manage a wide range of expert Strategic Management Consulting Support services. We seek a unique candidate who can bring an expertise derived from a litany of hands on, real-life problem-solving skills, with detailed skills with financial management, staffing/manpower, strategic management and Program Management in the SPAWAR, DON, or DOD arenas.
The ideal candidate will have specific past experience with the following disciplines:
- Organizational Process Management;
- Financial and Budget Management;
- Corporate Communications;
- Baldrige principles and implementation;
- Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Support and Organizational Performance Measurement;
- Process Improvement / familiar with CMMI;
- Executive Staff facilitation and administrative support;
- Human Resource/staff management;
US citizenship required and either an active Secret clearance or the ability to immediately obtain an interim Secret clearance required.
