Job Title: Manager, Campaign Management
Report to (Manager): SVP, Media Operations
Department/Location: Washington DC area
Compensation: $90k / year & $15k commission based on hitting $14mm in top line billings
Estimated Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview
BBN is looking for Campaign Managers who are smart, willing to learn, and have outstanding technical and communication skills. We are looking for a quick learner who is self-motivated and works well as part of a team. Campaign Managers are responsible for supporting all of BBN’s media business via exchanges and standard display and must work flawlessly to maintain key business relationships with agencies, publishers and direct advertisers.
Essential Job Functions
•Oversee timely implementation and QA of online media campaigns for all BBN media offerings
•Work closely with all partners to ensure that campaigns are being set up correctly and track properly for the entire flight
•Review media campaign reporting daily and monitor progress of campaigns
•Work closely with all internal groups and execute campaign optimization decisions in a timely and accurate manners
•Provide insights to Account Mangers regarding campaign setup and best practices for site tagging
•Work with internal teams to troubleshoot any creative or pixel related questions from our clients
•Modify creative HTML tags and troubleshoot if problems arise
•Manage all campaigns via exchanges and ensure ideal margins are being hit and maintained
•Work closely with publisher team to ensure proper set-up for pre-roll campaigns
•Define workflow to ensure all aspects of campaign set-up are considered and addressed prior to going live
Requirements and Experience
•Experience with ad servers and trading platforms (Open AdStream and AppNexus ideal)
•Prior experience interacting directly with clients, agencies or publishers
•2+ years working in online advertising industry with a focus on trafficking and operations
•Ability to read and modify HTML, CSS, XML, and Javascript in an advertising context
•Comfortable defining and operating in a product launch environment
•Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail
•Delivery and solution focused attitude
•Intermediate to advanced communication skills
•Experience using Salesforce or other CRM type systems.
•Prior experience in team management
•B2B media experience a plus
