Job Details:
The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for both preoperative and post-operative patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Experience: Minimum of one-year full-time experience in acute care setting.
Licensure: Current licensure in the State of Oklahoma
Certifications: CPRACLS and PALS within first year of employment.
Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Skill Testing and Unit Specific Skill Check List.
Certifications: BLS,ACLS,PALS, as applicable
