Responsibilities
Lead, manage and coordinate evacuations for security emergencies, rescues and natural disasters
Effectively
manage and lead a team of security personnel throughout the employee
life cycle – hiring, motivating, providing guidance, and performance
management
Provide crisis management, planning, training and other consultative services to GR institutional clients
Create, manage and enhance relationships with strategic partners; manage vendor relationships and database creation/maintenance
Lead the development of new crisis management processes and procedures
Work directly with other internal functional areas to support clients and partners
Represent the company on sales calls or client visits
Oversee and prepare client reports and documents
Domestic and international travel; respond personally when required, to crisis locations
Ideal Qualifications
20 years of military experience – substitution of security experience may be considered
5+ years of private sector management experience preferred
Strong
analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough
understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate
them into operational requirements
Leadership experience
Experience working and operating in foreign countries
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Fluency in English is a must
Foreign language capability preferred
Rescue experience and associated skills – preferred
Ability to thrive and stand out in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and follow-through
MBA or other post-graduate degree preferred
Location: Lebanon, NH 03776. Requires relocation to the Lebanon, NH area and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates
Compensation: salary based on experience + bonus + benefits
